Alali Food’s rich soybean paste is made by boiling carefully selected domestic soybeans in a special pot designed to minimize nutrient loss. The fermentation process is done in a dedicated room with temperature and humidity control.
A cheonggukjang starter, which was jointly developed through an industry-university cooperation research project, is added to reduce the strong odor during digestion.
