Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Water:In a large pot, bring 1500 cc (about 7.5 cups) of water to a rolling boil.
2. Cook the Noodles:Add 250 g of noodles to the boiling water, stirring gently to prevent sticking. Allow the noodles to cook for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Rinse and Cool:Once cooked, rinse the noodles in cold water 2 to 3 times to cool them down and separate them into strands.
4. Drain Well:After rinsing, ensure all excess water is drained from the noodles.
5. Serve:Place the noodles into a serving bowl.
6. Prepare the Soup:Open the bean soup powder pouch.
7. Mix the Soup:Pour 500 ml of water into the pouch. Seal the pouch, turn it upside down, and shake vigorously to ensure the powder dissolves completely.
8. Combine:Pour the bean soup over the noodles in the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
9. Customize:Garnish with cucumbers and boiled eggs or other toppings of your choice, according to your taste preferences.
