Mint pastilles (also known as petal) are a timeless confection with a long and fascinating history. Thanks to
its cooling, refreshing properties, mint has served not only as a flavoring but also as a digestive aid and breath
freshener. Yet it wasn’t until the 18th–19th centuries—when lozenges first became popular in Europe—that mint
found its way into a sweet treat. We produce mint petals with orange and strawberry filling too.
