90% Cabernet sauvignon, 10% Merlot.
The wine is aged for 24 months in a combination of American oak barrels from Missouri and French oak barrels from Allier, followed by extended bottle ageing of at least 36 months, allowing it to further refine its character and complexity.
In appearance, it displays an attractive ruby-red colour with delicate orange highlights, hinting at its evolution.
On the nose, it reveals fine and intense aromas, where ripe black fruits intertwine with notes of coffee and undergrowth, all set against a subtle toasted backdrop.
On the palate, it offers a soft and unctuous entry, unfolding into a flavourful and well-structured wine. Its texture is rich and enveloping, with a persistent and satisfying finish.
Excellent companion for meat, spiced stew, flavourful fish and cured cheese.
